The release step you keep forgetting, done for you
Workflows react to what happens in your stores. Fill in What's New across every language the moment a version appears, refuse a submission while an in-app purchase is still in draft, and hear about a one-star review before the weekend swallows it.
The Problem
Sound familiar? Here's what Workflow Automation eliminates.
Without Forvibe
- Writing What's New by hand and translating it into twenty languages, every single release
- Losing a review cycle because one in-app purchase was still in draft
- Forgetting the Terms and Privacy links at the end of the description, again
- A reviewer stuck at your sign-in screen because the demo account was never filled in
- Finding out days later that a version shipped to everyone instead of a phased release

How It Works
Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Start from a template, not a blank canvas
16 templates, each built from a mistake that actually happens. 13 of them only read and tell you, so they cost nothing to run and change nothing in your store.
Guardrails that genuinely refuse
A guardrail runs before a submission or a publish made through Forvibe and can stop it, naming exactly what is wrong. Actions taken directly in App Store Connect cannot be blocked, so those are detected within 15 minutes and flagged instead.
Nothing reaches your store unseen
Any step can pause and ask first. The approval shows a real before and after for every language, with a character count against the store's own limit, and waits up to 72 hours.
One rule, every app
Workflows belong to your organization, not to one app. A workflow covers every app you have, including ones you add later, or just the few you pick.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Workflow Automation.
What is a workflow in Forvibe?
+
A workflow is a small chain of steps on a canvas: something happens, some things are checked or written, and you are told about it. It can fire on a store event such as a new version or a new review, on a schedule, a set time after an event, when you press Run, or right before an action so it can stop it.
Can a workflow really block a submission?
+
It blocks submissions and publishes made through Forvibe, including a publish made by Claude through the Forvibe MCP server, and reports exactly what failed. It cannot block something you do in Apple's own web interface, because Apple does not ask us first. Those are detected within 15 minutes and raise an alert instead. Forvibe never claims more than that.
Will a workflow change my store listing without asking?
+
Only if you let it. Steps that write outward can require approval, and the ones that do show a real before and after per language before anything is sent. Most templates only read: they check something and tell you.
What do workflows cost?
+
Running one costs nothing by itself. A step that calls AI charges the same credits the equivalent manual action would, and the builder shows the per-run cost before you publish. 13 of the 16 templates are free to run.
Do workflows work across all my apps?
+
Yes. A workflow belongs to your organization and says which apps it runs on: all of them, including apps you add later, or a chosen few. The rule you write once is the rule your whole team ships under.
How quickly does a workflow react?
+
Anything done in Forvibe fires it immediately. Anything done directly in App Store Connect is noticed within 15 minutes, because Apple has no way to notify us. Every trigger says which of the two it is, in the builder and on the workflow itself.
